Signature Ability HEART AND SOUL▾

While Skill Opponents are suffering from Pixie’s personal Neuroshocks, they cannot Evade.
When Pixie would gain a Soul Wisp while her personal Prowess are active, there is a 0.0% chance to gain an additional Prowess lasting for the time remaining on her Prowess.
As a Defender, for each active Special Attack Cooldown, Pixie has a 20.0% chance to cast Mists of Morpheus and Evade incoming Basic Attacks.

MUTANT PIXIE DREAM GIRL — ALWAYS ACTIVE▾

If Pixie’s personal Debuffs are Purified, they are re-inflicted as Passives. If the Stun from the Parry Mastery is Purified, inflict a Stun Passive for 1.5 seconds. These abilities do not work against Cleanse effects.
Pixie’s personal non-Damaging Debuffs and the Parry Mastery cannot have their durations modified.
Pixie’s Heavy Attack can be charged for an extended duration.
Skill Opponents have their True Accuracy Ability Accuracy lowered by 100% and cannot lower Pixie’s personal Evade Ability Accuracy.

SPELLCASTING▾

Pixie can perform various actions to cast Spells. Special Attacks count as Spells. All Spells have Cooldowns which prevent them from being activated.
As an Attacker, Special Attack Spells start on Cooldown.
Either Champion’s Light Attacks shorten Pixie’s active Cooldowns by -1 second.
As an Attacker, casting Spells grants Pixie Soul Wisps which enhance Special Attacks 2 and 3. Max Soul Wisps: -1.

GRANT 2: COUNTER-EVADE - MISTS OF MORPHEUS — COOLDOWN: 15 SECONDS▾

While charging a Heavy Attack, when Pixie would be struck by a Basic Attack or the final hit of a Special Attack, she casts Mists of Morpheus and Evades. This also occurs when she is struck by a Combo-Ending Attack.
When Pixie Evades, she Counter-Attacks.
Her Evade inflicts a non-stacking 31.5 Neuroshock Debuff for 14 seconds, paused during the Opponent’s Special Attacks.
As an Attacker, her Counter-Attack inflicts a Sleep Passive for 1.6 seconds.

GRANT 2: HEAVY ATTACK - OSHTUR’S REFUSAL — COOLDOWN: 15 SECONDS▾

The first hit casts a non-stacking Oshtur’s Refusal Debuff, reducing the potency of the Opponent’s Shock and Bleed effects by 90.0% for 15 seconds, paused during the Opponent's Special Attacks.
As a Defender, a non-stacking Oshtur’s Refusal Passive is cast when Pixie’s Opponent crosses a Bar of Power. When cast this way, it does not have a Cooldown.

GRANT 4: SPECIAL ATTACK 1 - SLICES OF SERAPHIM — COOLDOWN: 5 SECONDS SP1▾

Each hit inflicts a 51.5 Neuroshock Passive for 2.5 seconds. These Neuroshocks scale with Pixie’s Special Damage. As a Defender, these instead scale with Base Attack only.

GRANT 6: SPECIAL ATTACK 2 - SIHAL NOVARUM CHINOTH — COOLDOWN: 35 SECONDS SP2▾

On activation, gain a -50.0% Power Efficiency Passive for the duration of this Special Attack.
On activation, convert all Soul Wisps into +15.0% Prowess Passives for 20 seconds, paused during the Opponent’s Special Attacks. These cannot expire during Pixie’s Special Attacks. While active, Pixie cannot gain Soul Wisps.

GRANT 1: SPECIAL ATTACK 3 - PIXIE DUST — COOLDOWN: 70 SECONDS SP3▾

Gain a -33.0% Power Efficiency Passive for the duration of this Special Attack.
Consume all Soul Wisps to increase Pixie’s Attack Rating by +51.5 per Soul Wisp consumed for the duration of this Special.
